About Dakota

Dakota was just saved from MDAS!!! Dakota is around 2 years old, and she has a very sweet personality!! Dakota is great with other dogs and she absolutely loves everyone she meets. Dakota has been diagnosed with dry eye disease. This means she will need eye drops 3 times a day for the rest of her life. It is important that she gets her medication every day to decrease inflammation, and to help stimulate tear production to lubricate her eyes so that she is not in pain. Dry eye disease can be very common in huskies, and it is very manageable to contain with eye drops. **Thank you for your interest in one of our rescue pups! An approved application is required, which includes a home check and phone interview, and needs to be done prior to scheduling a meet and greet. We are not a public shelter and all of our rescue dogs live privately with a volunteer at our ranch!
