Shelter Notes: 06/24/20 When approaching kennel tail is wagging and pet is excited to get out. Pet is able to be leashed. Once on leash he trys to pull off it for a lil bit. Pet sometime lifts his lip a bit at times wihen trying to pet head. Not sure is if he is going to bite or is just shy. Dog is a little unpredictable.
