About Flash

If you like dogs who aren't much bigger than a loaf of bread, how about Flash? Flash is a sweet, 5 year old Jack Russell Terrier who weighs in the 10 lb. range. Flash was not getting along with other dogs in his home, so Flash got the boot. Flash is a skinny little dude who could use some fattening up. He has a large bald patch on his back because he probably wasn't treated for fleas; Flash looks a bit forlorn and bedraggled right now because what he needs is someone who will make him shine by loving him generously, and lavishing him with all the attention and care he deserves. Flash will need to be the only dog in the home, but what about cats you ask? He might chase them, but it's not that hard to train a dog to leave a cat alone, especially if you make sure the cat always has safe places to go to get away from the dog; in his last home he was free to roam with children; Flash comes running when you call his name; he is easy on a leash and enjoys walks; he does his business outside as long as he has regular opportunities to go outside; he stands so calmly and sweetly while being bathed, and best of all he loves to curl up in a lap.
