About Petey

Petey loves taking walks and stopping to roll in the grass on a nice day. He is great on a leash and really enjoys his time with his human. He is a medium energy dog that likes people although he is shy at first. However, once he gets to know you he will sit in your lap, bask in a good neck scratch and enjoys being hugged. Petey is very smart and easily trained. He just needs to be the only pet. Note: AFEW reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unfit or unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care.
