RESCUED OFF A CHAIN an ready for a real home.. Charlie was abandoned at a trailer when the owner left 2 weeks ago...he was tied to an 8 foot chain. A good citizen contacted us. Charlie is now in foster so we know a lot about him: this is a very easy going, very gentle boy, about age 8, about 65 pounds, and now fully vetted. He is good with other dogs.
