PENDING ADOPTION Hi, I'm Charlie. Do you need cuddles in your life? Well I live my life by the three C's: Cuddles, cuteness, and cuddles. I came to the rescue as a stray and underweight. Now I'm healthy and am looking for my furever home! I do get seasonal allergies so I'll need a vet visit a couple times per year for an allergy shot to feel better. I am looking for a home with children and/or another dog. I'm living with my foster family in Riverside, want to meet me? Oh and did I mention I love to cuddle?
