About Beau

'Beau' a handsome 4-5 year old Australian Cattle Dog mix (on the small side only about 25 pounds). He is current on vaccines and prevention's and is HW negative. He will be neutered prior to adoption. Beau's mom recently passed away and it was determined at that time that sadly for the past few years (with her failing health) he and the other dogs were locked in x-pens in the basement covered in feces and urine. Beau will never have to live that life again. He is crate and house trained and we are working on him 'marking' everything outside haha. Beau does great with people and other dogs but unsure about cats. He LOVES his people and is very active. He needs a family that is either home with him most of the time or a family that is very active. He does great on car rides and loves to go hiking. He also spent a week at Doggy daycare recently and LOVED playing with all of his new friends.
