About Gene

Welcome Gene. He is a 2-year-old Bulldog/Pit Bull mix dog. He has the biggest smile. He looks like he is always happy. He even gets squinty eyes he smiles so big. This boy is a nice dog and he likes all people. Someone that has handled a big dog or a Bulldog breed is the best owner. He weighs about 50lbs. He came in from Kerrville County Pound. Our volunteers called us to tell us the pound had no space and they had 5 great adult dogs. CCPAL took all 5. The kennel techs all love Gene. He would make a great dog with an active person and he wants to be trained. He is an AMAZING dog. He is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to deliver him to Washington, Portland, Wisconsin, Vermont or all along the East Coast.
