About Maya

5 year old American bulldog and pitbull mix. White with a few brown spots. Had demodemic mange as a puppy. She was kept in a small cage when a puppy for most of the time and only let outside for a few minutes a day. When I got her she was almost a year old. We lived in Santa fe on almost an acre of land with two other dogs. The other two have since passed. I am recently divorced, travel often and am in the process of moving into the city and will not have the space or time she needs to thrive. She listens well but does not like to be alone. She has behaved very well with children even when they are in her face. She was food aggressive with the other dogs. She would do great with a home with lots of attention and perhaps a single female who is experienced with this type of dog. She doesn't realize how big she is and is all muscle. She weighs about 62 pounds. She is not up to date on vaccinations.
