About John

John is an impeccably dressed, sweeter than pie, lovable tuxedo gentleman of around 1.5 years of age. He is neutered, current on vaccines, microchipped and felv/fiv negative. John was found along with his 4 siblings and his mama (also on our website as Mama Mary) when they were tossed on his foster mommas lawn (she's the resident kitty foster lady so word gets around that she takes in kitties). He was previously adopted through Lucky You rescue to a lovely family, but was returned less than a year later due to unresolving (despite intensive veterinary diagnostics) gastrointestinal issues. Once John arrived back at his foster moms house, she got down to business trying to figure out what exactly was plaguing our amazing friend John. After lots of different changes in diet and lots of attention and love - she came to the conclusion that John's issues were the result the stress of being moved around and such because after a few months in her home, his tummy issues resolved completely. John is a sensitive cat and he very much adores affection and attention, and needs it in order to stay healthy. He needs a home that will give him time to adjust and a family with patience and love to show him the stability he needs so desperately. Please consider adopting John.
