About

Adoption Fee: $75
Bombay / Burmese
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Kiki Kalew aka Princess is a beautiful petite torti - chocolate black with orange short hair female approx. 2yr. Her adoption fee is $75. She has been vetted and spayed. She is good with nice older kids but is afraid of dogs. She would be ok with a non dominate cat or she would be happy as the only pet to have her people all to herself. Princess had a family that moved away without her. They left her stranded with no food or water. A neighbor heard her cries for help and rescued her. Rescue mom loves her dearly and would keep her but already has 3 cats in a 650 sq ft apartment. Princess says 'too close for comfort'. PETS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS. PLEASE GET HELP IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP A PET. MAKE THE EFFORT! IT'S A LIFE! After her adjustment period Princess is a super sweet, loving and very affectionate little girl. She will want to be close to her people and in your face. She will give head butts, crawl on your chest and lay there to be pet. She loves to be picked up and held and doted on, being the center of attention. She is well adjusted, very social and will stand next to you while you do the dishes. She loves her cat naps, eating and playing, that is of course when she is not laying on you. Her black and orange mottled coat is distinct. She loves interactive toys like feather on a stick and shoe lace drag as well as the Fling ama String, a laser light and the $2 'cat dancer' toys. She loves kitty treats, a rectangle corrugated scratcher that lays flat on the floor and a tall cat tree sitting in front of the window with sun rays beaming in. She will expect to share your bed. She has been free fed quality hard food (quality meaning the first ingredient begins with meat) and gets up to a can of Fancy Feast morning and night. Below information is for preventative purposes'| Too many male AND female cats are getting the UTI - urinary tract infection and crystals in their urine. It's a blockage, it's painful and if ignored will lead to death. Vets say the hard food is at fault because it does not deliver enough liquids. It's simple to monitor. Just make sure there is at least one good size pee ball in the litter box a day. Kitty fountains are effective to help manage a cat's fluids. A diet of good quality canned food pate is better than dry food however there are some dry foods that are pH balanced and help maintain Urinary Tract - UT health like Blue Buffalo, Purina Pro Plan, Purina One UT health, Iams UT health. AVOID FISH! Cats/Kittens are an 18 year commitment! They need a cat tree, love and an inside home ADOPT Kiki Kalew aka Princess FOR LIFE! CNPS text 602-332-6615 email [email protected] REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE ADOPTING A PET YOU ARE ADOPTING A FAMILY MEMBER FOR LIFE! THEY ARE NOT THROW AWAY TOYS!
