Dasher needs room to run. My family just recently moved to a country setting to a neighborhood. It pains me, but he is not happy in our new home and our neighbors are not happy either. We had an acre fenced in with constant access via a doggy door and now we have maybe half an acre fenced in without a doggy door and he has to stay in at night. He barks at everything that moves. Although he has never protected livestock, he is protective of his property and his people. He is gentle with our small kids as they were 2/4 when he came home with us as a puppy. He is good with other dogs.
