AWWWW .... OUR CUTE-O-METER JUST WENT KAPLOOEY......OH MY DOG!!!!!!!!! SMILE FOR THE DAY!!!!!!! THIS SWEETIE waits patiently for his loving, forever family to find him.... MAYBE IT'S YOU? Just 20 months old and 50lbs of sweetness, GUS is a friendly, go-with-the-flow, calm, submissive, loving, affectionate, cat and dog friendly and well-mannered American Bull Dog mix, a gorgeous rockstar dog. His foster mom shares: 'GUS gets along great with other friendly dogs although he may be cautious and very submissive upon first introduction. He warms up quickly and loves to play and run. He can play a little rough so would do better with dogs of like size and who like to play. Gus is extremely loving and sweet. He loves being by my side and being part of the goings on. He wants to please his people and is submissive. He has good food manners. When asked to take treats 'gently' he obeys perfectly. He knows the sit command & will give paw when asked. I discovered that he will respond immediately to a whistle. He gets the 'zoomies' after mealtime and could easily knock over a small dog or child when he is in full zoomie mode. He plays hard for a short time and then that's it! He settles & rests. He is housebroken, crate trained and sleeps through the night for at least 8-10 hours. He really loves to be close to his person and being showered with lots of pets and scratches. He's just a super sweet, good natured pup who deserves a terrific home.' He'd do well in a home with a friendly pup (who can handle Gus' type of play) and a fenced in yard where they can romp and play. Or he would be happy being your one and only as long as he isn't alone most of the day. GUS is nuetered and up to date on all shots.
