About Tater Tot

Meet Tater Tot! This handsome boy is around 1 year old and in the market for a forever home of his own! Tater is a total sweetheart once he warms up, and just wants to lay on his back for belly rubs! Unfortunately it seems that he did not have the best life before coming to us, as new things are still very scary for him, and he does have some scars. He needs a home with a family that will have patience with him and give him all the time and love that he needs to realize that the world is not a scary place for him anymore. He's slowly learning how fun toys can be, and that no one is ever going to hurt him again. He loves to run around and play with dogs his size, and would prefer a home with no small dogs or cats. He would also do best in a home with older children or no children at all, due to him being so shy and scared at first.
