********** ADOPTION PENDING ********** Hi, my name is Lexi, and I am a brown eyed black beauty. I was dropped off in February at an area animal shelter with my 2 babies. My foster mom took us all in and showed us lots of love and has taken very good care of us. My son Bugsy has already been adopted and my son Buster Brown is still available. I love it with my foster mom, but there are just to many dogs here. Plus, I would like her to be able to help other dogs, such as myself in the future. Not only that, I would really like a lot more attention and one on one time. I would just like a family to call my own. I wouldn't mind a playmate or two. I am really smart and learn fast and I have a lot of love to give. I am what you might call a love bug! The vet gave me the birthday of 3/17/2017, which makes me 3 years old. DNA proves I am a PomChi, Pomeranian/Chihuahua. I am 12 lbs of pure love. I like to be wherever my my human is. I absolutely love to be held, I get all excited and give plenty of kisses. I sleep in my crate very well, but I enjoy sleeping with my foster parents. I love to go outside and run around. Boy, can I run! I am faster than any of the other dogs in the house. So, a back yard with a good fence is a must! No apartments please. I get along with all the dogs in the house and everyone I meet. Oh, and I like to put my dress on, cause I know that means we are going somewhere. I do like all the attention when I am out and about. I am potty trained, which is a big plus. I do good on a leash and I enjoying going on walks. I enjoy playing with toys, however I have been known to destroy a toy or two, or even three, but I am a perfect little lady, when it comes to anything else in the house. I am microchipped, spayed, UTD on all my shots and on flea and heartworm preventative. I have completed my heartworm treatment and am good to go. What more could you ask for? I think I am pretty close to perfect. I have an adoption fee of $150.00. My foster mom really doesn't want me to be adopted by a family that has any big dogs. She is just trying to protect me. I will ONLY be adopted to someone in the greater Houston and surrounding areas. No more than an hour or so drive any direction of zip code 77089, as a home check is a requirement.
