About Titan

We say Titan was born on August 31st, 2012. This my youngest son's birthday and those two were the best-est of friends. They could not be separated. My son is now living far away and working on his career and sadly, even though he misses Titan, he is a Twenty Something College Graduate working on starting his life. Titan is the most amazing dog. He had a rough life before we rescued him from the Indianapolis Animal Control. Months after we found that Titan had a blockage and he was prone to Bladder Stones. So he had his first Surgery in 2016. He handled it like a champ but was put on a special SD diet for bladder stones for the duration of his life. Every 6 months we take him to the vet to have an ultra sound completed to ensure stones do not return. I also use special strips I get from Amazon to monitor the PF balance in his urine. We just make sure he is always taken care of because he is a HUGE ball of love and loyal to a fault. Two years ago Titan had a situation where he had another blockage and we had to have the surgery completed, again. He healed up nicely and we haven't had any issue since. We believe that he wouldn't have had the second surgery if the first surgery was completed as required. Titan loves going on walks and spending time with his person. With my children out of the house and me working as much as I do, he is not getting the attention he needs. I have people come walk him and play with him, but he should get the love of the world from his owner and I feel so bad that I'm not doing that for him. He still sits by my side and gives me all the love he can, even if I'm not giving it in return. Titan means a lot to me and my family so not just anyone will be getting him. You must be able to give him a home that he deserves.
