About SKYE

Skye is a beautiful Ragameese (Ragdoll x Siamese), born August 2013. She loves dogs and likes to play with them. She has tolerated our other cats, however, she doesn't like them the last 2 years. Her personality has always been that she likes to be petted on her head and scratched behind her ears. However, if you pet her too long, she springs the 'Skye trap' and attempts to bite you. She is declawed on all 4 feet. ( I realize this may not be something other people like- but it was needed in our house) The past 2 years she has started peeing in the house. I have set up a camera and caught her in the act. Despite all our efforts she continues this behavior, not a daily occurrence. So this leads us to think she would do better in maybe a single cat household. She is not current on vaccinations as we had a previous cat develop cancer related to vaccinations. Skye is strictly an indoor cat and never goes anywhere else but in our house. It breaks our hearts to find her a new home.
