He was kept in a closet or tied up outside ���� because his owners didn't want to be bothered with him anymore. He had some sores and tender spots on his body and underweight. After receiving the vet care he needed and gained some weight, he was ready for his forever home! Max will do best in a home with kids, no cats, he is good with other dogs with proper introduction.
