About Donna

Donna is a happy girl who loves to go on walks and wags her tail for everyone she meets. She is a favorite of the volunteers and shelter workers. This sweet girl is housebroken, knows how to sit and lay down, and give lots of kisses. She gets along with other dogs and doesn't bother cats. She is playful yet low keyed and would love a home where she can snuggle at her owner's feet. She is on the small size but a solid 28 ish pounds and kind of looks like a small chocolate Lab. Donna is about 7 years old and definitely does not act her age. Please help Donna find the loving home that she deserves. Update: Donna tested positive for Lyme's. She is very active and feeling fine and has been started on a course of oral antibiotic. She is still available for adoption and can be sent home with her medication to complete with her new family. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
