About Nina

Nina is chilling out in her Maine foster home after being spring from a shelter in GA. She was treated for heartworm, vaccinated, spayed, and fully vetted. Nina can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but otherwise is friendly and loves attention from her people. She doesn't love to be left alone, but she is working on that as well as leash manners and other basic training. Her foster mom thinks she was probably just left outside alone. So all of this is still new for her. She gets on well with other dogs with proper intros and may do ell in a home with a mellow well-balanced dog who can help show her the ropes. She may be OK with cats, on a case-by-case basis. She is great in the car, and ok with bathing and nail trims. Nina just needs someone who will invest the time and give her the forever family she has been waiting for.
