About Tomy

Tomy is a darling, timid 4 year old Chihuahua mix who is looking for a very sweet and loving family to show him what life is all about. Tomy came to us from the Humane Society of Yuma where he ended up after roaming around an RV park for a while before being caught and brought to safety. Tomy has been through a lot and is timid with new people, but loves other dogs and has come out of his shell with help from his bestie Sally and his other puppy pals. Tomy is sweet as can be, but will need a lot of time and patience to show his happiest personality. Tomy will need a home with older, dog savvy people who understand his needs and will love him very gently until he is comfortable. Tomy would love to go home with his pal Sally or any other gentle but confident canine companion who will show him how to trust. Tomy will need some training, including house training. Tomy's family will need to be very patient and loving, but he will repay them with the most loyal love! Tomy weighs 14 pounds full grown.
