About Hopi

Siberian Husky
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Hopi and Devina got out last week with a couple of siblings and found a goat farm up the road and basically played tag with them, grabbed an adult which barely broke skin and scared a baby goat to death, as there was no injuries that they could find, however they were at fault as they'd gotten out and gotten to them, but without Animal Control or the owners seeing this actually happening or catching them.%A0 Then 2 days later they got out again pushing past me going out the door and went straight to the goat farm as their prey drive had kicked in, and they killed another goat.%A0 Now Animal control is saying that they have to have $900 in roaming fines plus 100 per dog for a potential dangerous dog permit in order to get them out, part of those fines being for the 2 dogs who were out previously but no concrete proof, which is unfair and ridiculous, just to be able to release the dogs before a 10 day euthanasia order, as their shelter is too full to keep them to be adopted to special homes. I am not able to pay this as I'm on a very limited disability income.%A0 They are not aggressive other than wanting to eat goats (they live with 2 cats and there was chickens they didn't bother!) The rescue, agency, or persons interested in 'adopting them' through and by helping me save their lives would have to pay the fines, see if your city would require the potentially dangerous dog permit, have at least 50k of liability insurance whether homeowners, renters or directly dog related and would have to be able to arrange to receive the dogs either by pick up in Fayetteville NC or scheduled transport. They can't come back to me as they would just be prey drive craving running up to the goat farm again and it would be an auto surrender/ destroy if that happens and I just don't want these precious babies destroyed due to acting like dogs with high prey drive normally do!! I have 2 potential adopters but they are hesitant about the amounts to get them out and I need to save them before their time is up so I'm pleading with everyone with a heart for animals to help out, any amount possible, in order to save these beautiful babies! If you can pay the amounts and come pick them up today you will have 2 beautiful valuable purebred 3 year old girls, Hopi is full husky and Devina is a rare colored Pomsky, and they both have the very sweetest demeanor personalities and need to be saved now! Please help with any amount you can, time is running out for these precious babies!
