About Cubby

Hello! My name is Cubby and I am a cute and curious young man who had a rough start. The man who took care of me and many other cats in my family passed away when I was only a few months old and I spent several months without anyone paying attention to me. That was confusing! And I am still not sure I feel safe sometimes. I am sweet and gentle but take a long time to not be scared when I get to a new place. I will hide for a while. Eventually, I enjoy cuddling and petting, so it is worth the wait! I need someone patient who will wait for me to know that I am safe and can come out. I get along well with the cats in my foster home, and would love to have cat siblings. However, I would do best in a home with no dogs or children. Would you like to give me a chance? I am allowed to do an extended home trial so I could live with you for a while to make sure it will work out.
