About Jax

Jax is a Catahoula that I adopted from a shelter 1.5 years ago. He is AWESOME. I mean he is so goofy, a total cuddle bug, and will smile at you while you pet his belly. When I first got him, he was such a handful but given a lot of love, training, and guidance he has come such a long way. He's house trained, crate trained, and I leave him at home without worrying he'll get into anything. I mean he's an ANGEL. He's my best friend and the sweetest soul. His only issue at all is that he's randomly food aggressive. I worked so hard with him to try and change this, but I cannot seem to fix this. I'm not able to give him the home he needs because I'm always anxious he'll snap. He needs someone who is willing to work with him and who can give him all the love in the world.
