Mr. Mickey was living under someone's deck for most of his life. He was considered a 'feral' cat that was living on scraps of lunch meat. We were called because he had an injured foot. So, after getting him lured into a trap with ham, he went directly to the vet to have his foot looked at. While there, thinking he was going to be sedated to work on him, we had him vaccinated and Feline Leukemia tested, too. Turns out he wasn't feral at all. He's a really friendly guy! Especially now his foot is feeling better. His 2 littermates, Minnie and Maizy were brought in to us about a year ago, as 6 month old kittens. When he looks at you with those strikingly beautiful, yellowy green eyes your heart will melt. Born August 2018, Mickey is now neutered along with all his other vet work. He has been dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. He is still slowly being introduced into General Population, but so far is a perfect gentleman with his roommates.
