About Graham

Talk about a transformation story! Our hearts are so full for GRAHAM. This pup spent nearly two years at the shelter, with the majority of his days spent sitting in his kennel in a loud, stressful environment. Volunteers just adored him and were pulling so hard for him. They were able to see the true dog that Graham was meant to be beyond his nervous exterior. Once rescued, we were all happy to see Graham get the chance to 'learn how to dog'. again! After only his first two weeks in training, Graham has blown us away with his progress. As his trainer put it, his whole life, he has been 'told' but never 'taught'. When he finally realized that he could just relax and be a follower-dog, his anxiety visually diminished, and his body language completely changed. Quite simply, Graham is slowly learning how to be the dog he was meant to be. We are so happy for him! To continue down his phenomenal road to success, Graham will need an experienced foster or adopter within the next two weeks when he finishes his training. We are so proud of this boy and all he has overcome, and we so badly want to find him the human to help give him the happy ending he deserves. Are you that person?
