About Koda

Meet Koda!!! This adorable Texas Girl came all the way up here to Wisconsin from kill shelter in Texas. Koda was dumped at the shelter along with her three other siblings, they all ended up on the euthanasia list due to space. All four has been rescued! Koda was adopted but returned because of her nervousness/scare of men. She would bark, growl, and hides from men. She will need a family with patience that would be willing to work on her socialize around men or possibly a family with no men in the home. Either way works best for Koda. Koda would take treats or wet food from men. Koda LOVES other dogs, cats, and kids! However, Koda will need to be fed separately in another room due to food guarding only toward another dogs since she doesn't like sharing her bowl. She is fine with sharing toys and bones. Koda is nondestructive so she can be left at home alone with full roam of the house but because of potty training, she stays in the kitchen when I'm not home. She loves to sleep with me in the bed at nights, sometimes in her own crate. She is still working on her potty training. Koda is a very sweetheart and loves to cuddle on the chair with you! She's a playful pup. She is small and around one year old. Weighted at 26.4 lbs. She is a lab and pitbull mixed and is spayed. She is also microchipped. She is up to date on vaccinations. Koda is currently on 12 months of heartworm protection medicine from the previous home and it will come with her. Are you the right family for Koda?!
