We rescued Hope back in March from high-kill Riverside Shelter in SoCal. Due to terrible neglect, she had severe mange, and at only 7 months old, she was a rack of bones and had lost most of her fur! She was very afraid of people and timid around other dogs-it was very sad. 3-4 meals of healthy whole food a day and medicated baths for weeks has produced a stunning young lady who is now in search of her forever home. Hope will go to a family in the Truckee area (or further north into Oregon), as she likes the mountains and snow! She will be spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, groomed, and regular flea/tick treatment. The rescue has pictures of Hope when she was at her worst if you wish to see the comeback this little lady has made-is there a special family out there for this special little girl?
