#A4453927 Elsa is a sweet 9-year-old black and white spayed female Pit Bull who came to the Baldwin Animal Care Center as an owner surrender on June 6th. Please consider to open your heart and home to a shelter animal, or SHARE to get Elsa adopted/rescued ASAP. Adoption paperwork needs to be completed in person. The shelter does not arrange for transportation.
