About Poppy

Poppy is a petite 2 1/2 year old Terrier mix who is looking for just the right forever human to call her own. Poppy is very timid and particular with who she likes and how she likes to be handled, but once she picks her person she will stick to you like glue! Poppy adores women and would love to find a single woman looking for a cuddly (on her own terms!) friend. Poppy is very possessive of her favorite person and is the happiest as the center of attention, so she needs to go to a home with no other pets. Poppy is potty pad trained and prefers using those to pottying outside. She will also require a securely fenced in yard because she is not a fan of being harnessed and leashed for walks. She is a homebody and a couch potato who loves to cuddle in bed with her person at night. She will need a gentle, calm, and quiet home with adults only. Poppy will make the most loving, loyal companion to the person who gives her lots of time and patience to come around. She weighs 8 pounds full grown. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microhipped and vet checked. Her adoption is $220 which includes a free vet visit. Multiple meet and greets required to ensure that Poppy and her new family are comfortable and familiar before adoption.
