About Goliath

Pal's Place would love to introduce you to Goliath and his ears! This social and dapper fellow was rescued from an animal control facility in rural Kentucky. He was a stray so not much is known about his past but he is estimated to be around 2 years old and appears to have some Shepherd and possibly Lab in his lineage. Whatever he might be mixed with, he sure is handsome! Goliath is happy, social, and energetic and will make a great companion for an active household looking for an adventure buddy. Goliath knows how to 'sit' on command but it does not appear that he has had any formal training beyond that. He is intelligent, eager to please and food motivated so we think with just a bit of time and work, he'll be a star pupil and a really fun dog to train. Goliath is being fostered with several other dogs and gets along well with everyone. We do not know how he does with cats. Goliath is crate trained and does excellent with his housebreaking when kept on a regular schedule. He is in a foster home in Chicago and he can be seen by appointment only after an adoption application has been completed and approved. Goliath's adoption fee to the rescue is $300. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and ready to go home today! �'ۢGoliath's adoption fee is $300. This donation helps to cover any necessary medical care to prepare him for adoption.
