About NIKKI

This dog is beyond adorable. What a doll!!! Nikki was rescued from the kill shelter but is just not the right fit for where she is living now. She is very much loved, and the person feels bad about giving her up but wants her to have a more suitable home where she will be happier. She is a high energy dog who needs to go to a home/family who will exercise her (I would love joggers). She loves racing around the yard so needs to go to a home with a large fenced in yard. She is so smart and gets bored very easily so she would do best with another playful/high energy dog. She is living with someone who is not always home so I need for her to go to a home where she will spend most of the time with her family. She is so affectionate. When I first met her, she let me kiss her all over her face and squeeze her to death. She loves older kids. No cats. She is so inquisitive and smart but needs training to calm her enthusiasm and help with her 'puppy' behavior, so I would like for her to go to a home with someone experienced in training or open to getting her professional training. She is 1 1/2 years old (still in puppy stage) up to date on vaccinations, spayed, heart worm negative and house broken. We think she may be a Lab mix, maybe Bulldog or Pit.
