About Walter

Walter is a 14 year old Shih Tzu mix. he weighs 15.4 pounds. Walter was turned into a remote shelter out in Kansas at the age of 4. He spent 10 years in that shelter. He is a very sweet and loving old man that is very grateful for his final freedom. He loves to be petted and he likes to sleep a lot. He will potty outside if you take him out frequently. He spent a lot of time in a kennel so he is used to holding it. He has some arthritis and a level 4 heart murmur. He has no other known medical issues. Walter is looking for a calm home to spend the last chapter of his life in. If your heart goes out to the seniors, this guy is sure deserving.
