About Harvey

Meet Harvey, an adorable 10-month-old, 45 lb. feist/foxhound pup! This sweet boy was adopted a few months ago but the owners soon realized that they cannot meet his needs so he's now looking for his freedom ride from North Carolina to Connecticut! Being the puppy that he is, Harvey is looking for a committed and experienced family that is able to provide him with lots of love, attention, and training. You MUST have a large fully fenced yard (no electric) to be considered as he needs lots of exercise. This gorgeous boy LOVES to play and enjoys being in the great outdoors, whether it be for a hike, walk, run, or game of fetch. He needs someone who will play with him and show him a good time! When playtime is over, Harvey is quite the affectionate cuddler and loves to snuggle. He has a great personality and is very smart, friendly, and fun. Harvey is still very much a puppy and is at a stage where he needs consistent training and supervision. He has already learned so much and knows sit, stay, and is housetrained, too. He is still learning how to walk properly on leash. Harvey is good with other dogs, older children (12+), but is not a fan of small animals or cats. Adopters that work from home highly preferred - if not, you cannot be gone for more than four hours a day. His adoption fee is $350 and he is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, and neutered.
