About Cockatiels

Aphrodite and Apollo are brother and sister and they show their sibling love by preening each other all the time and singing! They were both severely underweight so they have been slowly recovering with a great diet and lots of care! Apollo does suffer from chest plucking and has xanthoma tissue in multiple places on his body. He was being given pain medicine by syringe every day and he took it like a champ! It is important that whoever gets them makes sure to keep an eye on his wing so that it doesn't get infected! They love going outside of their cage and are easy to catch! (Show promise for hand training) They are about 2-3 years old and currently share a double flight cage with divider with their parents so they will need a new cage.
