About Tigger

Adoption Fee: $400
Australian Cattle Dog / Lab
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Tigger will be coming from Mexico in mid-June we are asking for a foster home first because we want him to be able to decompress. He's been with the same family and his siblings, Mya and Panda for the last 6 months. So we can do a foster to adopt, but not a straight adoption. He will need time to adjust to his new environment and home. If you are interested in a foster to adopt potential please complete our foster application at www.gunterslegacy.org/foster. Forgive his pouty expression, he's not fond of the tablet in his face. We found Tigger on the streets, abandoned with his 2 sisters when they were 3-4 months old. Starved for food and affection. A person bit a chunk out of his right ear, you can see the tooth marks! We could place our fingers between his ribs. Garbage and bugs were the meals of the day. We started out just feeding them every night but the larger stray dogs would attack them, chewing up their faces and scarring their legs so ... we took them in. Tigger will jump and spin at dinnertime, he's so happy for his supper, then he'll sit and wait for his bowl, tail wagging 100 miles an hour. He loves to play with his siblings, they'll chase each other and wrestle. He loves rope toys, sticks, his neighborhood puppy friends, pop bottles and dirty socks. He's quick to learn and if there is food involved in his training, he's willing and attentive. He can sit, lay down, come, leave it with both verbal and hand commands. Housebroken, crate trained and not too bad on a leash. He's fixed and all his shots are up to date with documents from the PAWS clinic of Mulege. He is now 9 months old, 40 lbs, beautiful markings and a happy playful boy. Please contact us for more information. %BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%BD%90%BETiggers bio: Tigger is a total, 100% Tigger.
