About Maya

��Z'���������MEET MAYA����������Z'� This 1.5 year old cutie pie was recently surrendered back to us. Her owner can no longer take care of her due to financial issues����And has decided to return her to us. She is currently being loved on in foster care, and ready to find her furever family��%90%BE Maya is a 1.5 year old Pitbull Mix. And no that's not a typo! We do think she is mixed with terrier according to her looks- but her mama is 100% bully (Maya was born in foster care)! She is only 20lbs, so she is very petite! Maya is a sweet little ball of energy. She loves to play and chew on her toys & she also enjoys being close to you�%9D%A4��%8F She is incredibly intelligent �٤%A0 and can learn practically any command in a day or 2. She knows sit, lay, roll over, stand, and a few other goofy tricks���� Maya is also 99% potty trained and crate trained ��%90� Since Maya is smart & has high energy, she needs an active home that can continue to challenge and train her. Maya would be a fabulous hiking dog or running partner ��%8F���%8F� She has puppy like behaviors & likes to jump and get into things ���� so she needs a home that will continue basic obedience with her�����%8F Maya has done great at the dog park, but needs an appropriate introduction with a resident dog. She is working on her leash manners as she is vocal when seeing/meeting other dogs. Ms. Maya has been living with another dog in her foster home and enjoying her company, but also wouldn't mind being an only dog. Maya has lived with cats too and done fine, although sometimes she feels playful and likes to chase ��%90� Maya is a little timid/fearful when meeting men, but gets comfortable quickly when she realizes she can trust you���� Maya is a sweet girl who is looking for her special family.
