About Walle

Walle is a handsome 4 year old tripawd Maltese mix who is looking for the perfect forever family to call his own. Walle has had a rough past and came to us missing a back leg and we were also told he was previously shot. We did x-rays which confirmed a bullet in his spine, understanding why Walle may be shy with new people and have some trust issues. Walle is now a very particular boy who will need some time to warm up and trusts, but once he picks his people he is very loyal and lovable. Walle will need a mature family of adults only, no children in the home. Walle really likes women and would love a single lady, couple of ladies, or a family where the men know he may not love them for a while. Walle is very, very food motivated which will help to win him over. Walle has been selective with other dogs and will need to meet his new friends first or would love to be the center of attention. Walle is going to need some training, including house training in his forever home and will need a family willing to work with him. Walle loves going for walks and likes bath, but is not a fan of grooming and his face touched. Lucky for Walle, the patient and loving gals of A Hairy Situation Grooming came in treats first and Walle melted and let them groom him so he is a happy handsome guy now. Walle weighs 10 pounds full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200 which includes a free vet visit.
