About Bugsy

***ADOPTION PENDING*** Hi,my name is Bugsy. I was dropped off along with my brother and mother at an area animal shelter, when I was only 10 days old. My foster mom picked us all up and has been taking very good care of us. Now, it's time to find a very special family or person to call my very own. You can check out my mother, Lexi and brother, Bugsy on this site as well. I was born on February 5, 2020, which makes me a little over 4 1/2 months old. DNA proves me to be Pomeranian/Chihuahua, a PomChi. I am approximately 9 1/2 lbs. DNA estimates me to be between 7-13 lbs fully grown. I am UTD on all my shots, dewormed, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea preventative. I did have jet black hair, but as the days go by I am getting tan hair coming through on my undercoat. I have a bit of white on my chest, chin and on my back paws. My hair is soft and shinny. I have brownish black eyes and watch everything. My little ears have not decided what they are going to do yet. Some days my left ear is up, other days it's down or halfway up. My foster mom tries taping, but as soon as I am back playing with Buster he is all over it and next thing you now he has removed it and chewing it. So, my foster mom says maybe that isn't a good idea. I hope whenever I am through teething they will both be up. Either way my mom says I am a little cutie! I'm a perfect little man, fun loving, playful, energetic and handsome. What more do you want? I walk around like I am hot stuff and bark at the moon per say, but sometimes I'm just a scaredy-cat. I am like the energizer bunny. I keep going and going. I have tons of energy and always ready to play. I like to give kisses and sneak in some gotcha time. When I settle down, I give lots of kisses and like my belly rubbed and even like to be held. I enjoy playing with all the dogs in the house and in the backyard. I do so enjoy the backyard. All kinds of things for me to find. However, my foster mom is there to tell me no-no. So a backyard with a good fence is a must! I do good riding in the vehicle. I like to let the people at the drive-thru window know I there. They always tell me how cute I am. I gotten better wearing my harness and leash. I don't know all the rules to leash walking, but I love my evening walks with my foster parents. I am curious about all my surrounding. I'm still learning about the world, so I am a little cautious when meeting new people. But, in a few minutes, I'm ok and ready to play and get some attention. I go potty outside with no problem. I use the potty pads when I am not destroying them. But, to be honest I do have an accident or two. My foster mom says I would do excellent in my new home. Here there are just to many dogs. I do pretty good in a crate. If I get fussy, it means I need to go potty. I have an adoption fee of $150.00. An application must be filled out. It is a requirement that I be neutered at 6 months of age, which my foster mom will discuss with my adopter. I will only be adopted in the greater Houston and surrounding areas. No more than an hour drive of 77089 as a home check is requirement. NO out of state or transport. I'm not luggage you know!
