About Coco

Coco is a 13 year old Shih Tzu weighing 8 pounds. This poor boy is both blind and deaf and he was surrendered to a high kill shelter. Can you imagine how frightened he was, not being able to see or hear and to lose the family he thought loved him. We had to rescue him as soon as we heard he was there. He actually is a sweet, easy going boy who does get along well in spite of his disabilities, in fact, he doesn't even know there is anything wrong with him. He is a lovable guy and gets along with the other dogs. He does need dental work but because of his age, he cannot be put under anesthesia. That doesn't stop him from eating though!! His adoption donation is $100 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip. He is heartworm negative and on monthly preventative.
