About Ruby

Meet Ruby, 14 months old. Classic Shiba temperament. Purebred. Genetic testing and AKC heritage will be provided. She is quite small, even for a Shiba. She requires a great deal of both social, physical and intellectual stimulation. She is a people/dog person. This is a bit unusual for a Shiba with respect to her needs for social engagement. Would prefer she go to a home with at least one other dog. Very few humans have the time to fulfill her needs socially. She is crate trained. Trained from chewing on her owner's property. Trained to sit, lay down, etc. Spayed and microchipped, vaccinations are up to date. I have two crates and about 50 toys that she loves as well as about 20 lbs of her food. Happy to send her off with these. NOTE: I do not want Ruby going to someone who does not know what they are getting into. I have had working dogs before and a Shiba requires an entirely different level of involvement. She is much less work these days but still quite a handful, even for a working dog. Shiba Inus are cute but please do your research if you are not familiar with the breed. I have videos as well, ask if you would like to see her solving puzzles.
