About Junior

Junior is spunky senior who is looking for his forever home! He's missing a few teefers, is purtineer blind, and has a bit of a mobility issue, but it doesn't stop this elder six-pounder from exploring his surroundings or interacting with other dogs. He is also a professional level food beggar. Junior's owner died and left him and several other chihuahuas homeless. He has done a spectacular job of adjusting in foster care. After having his entire life spiral into upheaval and losing the only family he has ever known, it's understandable for him to be a bit standoffish at first. After just a few days, he began presenting himself for pets and acting interested in lap cuddles. Junior is in foster care with dogs of all sizes but has not been cat or kid tested. His ideal home is a quiet one with little activity. He does fairly well with house training, which we expect to get better with his upcoming neuter. He is crate trained. He needs someone who can pay attention to his surroundings for him. This grumpy little old man is derpy and adorable and has some life left to enjoy with nummy treats, soft beds, and plenty of attention from his new mommy and/or daddy.
