About Mason

Mason is 11 years YOUNG! He has been with my sister's family since he was a puppy and we have been taking care of him during COVID. However, we need to to find him a family without other dogs and where he wouldn't have contact with other dogs. We live in the city and it's nearly impossible. We love Mason and love having him with us these past few months. But, he had lunged at dogs and recently got into it with a smaller dog who ended up with a bleeding scratch. That said, he is the most gentile dog with babies, kids, and adults. He's lived with my sister's babies, toddlers and now my teenagers who love to dress him up and make tic-to videos with him. He's so patient. He's also a big snuggler. He sits in the front seat with my 16 year old, cuddles up next to my husband on the couch, and follows me all over the house. He's beautiful inside and out but for some unknown reason, he is dog reactive. He also doesn't like skate boarders either. We would love to find him a living situation where he can be away from dogs and make someone happy. We always joke that Mason would be a great fit for someone whose retired and looking for a best friend. We are going to do our very best to find him the right fit because we love him like our own.
