About Penelope

We will require a physically fenced yard for Penelope. Penelope is a 10 month old, medium sized Lab / Cattledog mix that is very petite and weighs about 45 pounds. She is energetic and would love an active owner who has a fenced in yard. Penelope has been around older children, but would likely be too much for toddler ages. Penelope has not had experience with cats or many other dogs, but a meet and greet would be recommended. We believe she may love to have a playful dog buddy in the home. Penelope has been in a foster home and has been learning crate training and some basic commands. She has done well on leash. She is house trained. Penelope is on some anxiety meds for now but we feel this is temporary. Once she finds the right home wit a fenced yard or an active dog buddy, this may help her run off some of her excess energy. Penelope is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested, and microchipped.
