About Frida

This young, mixed breed girl is sweet, athletic, and loves to be entertained. She weighs in at just under 50 pounds. She is likely about 1 years old and seems to possibly be a Basenji / Husky mix. Frida can be a bit leery of certain strangers but warms up very quickly. In her foster home, she has learned a lot of new commands and has been working on bell training to go outside. She is still having some accidents, but has improved a great deal. Frida is very smart and knows which toys are which. If you ask her to bring the piggy to you, she will bring piggy! She loves to race around the yard playing fetch. She will require a securely fenced yard. She has proven to be an escape artist and adventurer, but NOT street smart. Frida is doing well on leash and loves to ride in the car. She would do well with older children. She is dog selective and likely not good with cats. She may love to have a doggy friend in the home. Other playful, happy-go lucky types suit her best. Frida is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
