Humphrey is a really small and sweet young adult mixed pit bull. He is not neutered, and was found running along Two Notch Road with a outdoor leash lead attached to his dirty collar. Seems to have been an outdoor dog for his life. Has been to the vet twice for his ears that were dirty and bothering him, and my neighbor who is fostering him plans to pay to have him neutered for you. Very sweet with humans and dogs. Bad with cats.
