Rocket came to us from the Humane Society of Yuma where he has sadly sat overlooked for a few weeks because he can be shy at first. Rocket may take a few minutes to warm up, but his love is very worth it! He is sweet, sensitive and gentle and just wants to be loved in the same way. Rocket is a wonderful arm hugger when held and is great with other small to medium dogs. He would love a home with a gentle but confident canine companion who can teach him to trust more quickly. Rocket may need training including house training and a family who will be patient with him as he learns. He would do best with dog savvy children who know to move slowly and love gently. He weighs about 13 pounds and is full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked, and microchipped.
