Please SHARE to get this poor senior adopted/rescued ASAP. If you are interested, you need to take Scraphy Doo to your private veterinarian for further care, treatment and diagnostics, because he will be adopted out on health waiver due to age, heart murmur and stiff gait. These are his medical notes: O:PHYSICAL EXAM Pulse- 114 Respiration- 28 MM- pink, CRT- 2sec Mentation- quiet, mildly alert and minimally responsive R BCS-5/9 EENT- missing most teeth w/severe dental calculus Cardiovascular/Respiratory- heart murmur grade IV/ VI Abdomen- good appetite Musculoskeletal- can ambulate but very stiff and slowly - reluctant to ventroflexion of neck, and movement to right/left (very stiff/tight) - not painful to back/hips during PE today Neurologic- NSF Lymph nodes- NSF Genito-urinary- No palpable testicles Integument- NSF A: geriatric pet Stiff gait r/o IVDD vs open Heart Murmur P: Sending pet for radiographs at this time and will determine further medications needed.
