This is Meat Ball, he was gotten from a bad home were he was extremely malnourished and was very dehydrated. His owner is being charged with animal neglect and signed a surrender form to give him up to us. He is in need of some TLC. He is already putting on weight and getting use to everyone! He is very loving however, due to his neglect his is food motivated slightly. He is currently looking for his forever home!
