'It would be really nice to find a lovely new home that I could call my own... Anybody want to adopt a kitty? Hiya! My name is Sahara and I'm a 9 month old kitten that came to SVASC from a very large hoarding situation. I'm one of around 100 cats that are working on finding our fresh starts with new families. I am a little skittish at first because I was not well-socialized in my previous home. I do take some time to come around, but once I warm up, I'm a sweetheart. I'll get comfy in your home and be a your normal, playful kitten in no time! I haven't ever had the chance to be a real kitten, so I'm sure that I'll figure that out in my brand new home! I do love other kitties and am quite used to having lots of friends, so I won't be upset at all about sharing my home with your other kitties. I am my happiest when I have friends. I would do okay in a calmer home, at least at first, so that I can get comfortable. My adoption fee is $35 to an approved adopter.
